Phoenix Children's Museum

We recently visited the Phoenix Children's Museum. Sam really loves this place. We went with our friends Callie and Shade and their daughter Juniper. Here are some pictures and video of our visit.

On the first floor there is a huge system of colorful tunnels for the kids to crawl around in.

The second floor has a really cool noodle forest. It is a bunch of foam noodles hanging from the ceiling that you can walk through. Once you pass through the forest you come out in this little room. In the room is a spider launching machine that Sam really gets a kick out of. You attach the bean bag spiders to the velcro and crank them up to the top where they are hit by a fan and flung across the room. Actually, I'm not sure who likes this game better, Sam or Ryan.

The third floor has an area where you can race cars. Here is Sam taking a car up to the top of one of the ramps.

On the third floor is also an area just for kids under three. This is nice because in other areas we have to make sure Sam doesn't get trampled by the bigger kids. In the under three room is a huge play structure with a slide and bridges and you can go underneath it.

In the under three room is a kitchen. Sam and Juniper are making us dinner.

Outside the under three room they have stroller parking.

The third floor also has a kitchen for all ages. Sam and Juniper are making us something to eat in here too.

Back on the first floor at the end of the day. Sam is laying down inside one of the tunnels. It's been a long hard day of fun!

In one room there is a huge ramp that runs all around the room and you can roll balls down it. Sam gets really excited. That is her yelling "Ball!"

For the junior engineers there is the option to build your own ball ramps with these magnetic pipes.
